New Post: One solution and multipe biztalk applications

Hello,
I have a situation that i need to have one visual studio solution and install into two BizTalk applications. Here is the project structure under one solution.

1. Application1.Orchestrations
2. Application1.Schemas
3. Application1.Maps
4. Application1.Pipelines
5. Application1.Compontns
6. Application2.Common.Orchestrations
7. Application2.Common.Schemas
8. Application2.Common.Maps
   9.Application2.Common.Pipelines
9. Application2.Common.Components
   

I need to have a ItemGroup which will install the common applications into "Application2.Common" BizTalk application and install the remaining projects into "Application1" BizTalk application. Application1 is refereing the components in "Application2.Common". Can i resolve this without customizing the .target files locally?. I used to customize the .taget file locally in one of my previous project and it worked well. However, i am trying to utilze the inbuilt functionalities from the deployment framework without customizing the target files. Thanks in advance for the help.
